Textbook blood pressure is 120/80. 110/68 is still in the normal range, but slightly low. I wouldn’t worry about it. I work as a nurse assistant and my patients range from 90/50 to 180/110. The higher ones are put on a blood pressure medication but the low ones are fine.

The average reading should be 120/80mmHg. Some persons, however function well with a reading of 100/80mmHg. A diastolic reading of 68mmHg is very low and in most cases if not in all, patients with such low reading usually experience dizziness and/or faint spells. Patients with low blood pressure is able to have it normalized by following the information at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ag2tBmK4ThUcOUKJE8JhO8bsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20081211114519AALVEO4
Patients with pressure reading ranging from above 120/80mmHg to 139/89mmHg, is said to be “prehypertension or “border line” and in most cases can be corrected with the use of diet. Reading of 140/90mmHg and above is definately hypertensive.

110/68 is normal blood pressure. You can determine your blood pressure levels at this website.
